I have a friend and her husband are starting a home for pregnant women and their children in Tanzania as we type!

In the first half of my life, we adopted 4 children and I hatched 4 children.

When I was a young girl, I felt the call of God to Africa, then I was afraid He was going to send me there..then I was sad I had not gone. God is so merciful and full of loving grace. Maybe..I will get there yet. Love your site!

I love this story and so resonates with the sentiment of it. The things I sued to fear are the things now I am afraid I will miss. So beautiful.

I came across your blog when I read your post today at inCourage. I went there because I needed just that….encouragement. I needed to hear God and I was struggling to pick up the Book and push though the voices of doubt and fear. So I did what was easier, pick up the laptop, and check my email.

I don’t know what it was exactly that caused the tears to come rolling down my face, but I connected. God began to speak softly through your words to my tender, and fiercely protected heart. I still can’t make sense of it all right now, but I know that He led me here today. And I am SO thankful.

So thank you, for being raw, letting Him walk you through this, and then pouring it out for others to glean from. For me.

So happy to have you over for us at (in)courage — we love how you love our Lord and Savior, Jennie Allen! Let’s pour it all out for Him — We’ll do anything because He is our Everything!

Heart hurting at the seams for all His grace that saves us — and calls us to be wholly His.

More love than thin letters can hold, Jennie!

All’s grace because of Christ alone,
Ann Voskamp
